What You'll Do
- Analyze client technology needs, infrastructure, and business objectives
- Design and recommend technology solutions and system architectures
- Lead the implementation and integration of new technologies
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization advice
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for client teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technology consultant or in a similar client-facing technical role
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience analyzing business requirements and designing appropriate technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
