As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex software systems throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities span test planning, development, execution, and formal review processes, with a focus on delivering thoroughly documented results that support program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent testing across all phases of software development
- Develop test cases, conduct reviews, execute test procedures, and record outcomes
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project leads and stakeholders
- Participate in customer-facing reviews and contribute technical insights
- Support end-to-end program execution from initial planning to final delivery
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience—or a master’s degree with six months of experience. You must demonstrate proficiency in test planning, execution, and closure activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings. Candidates must show a dedication to process discipline, quality assurance, and professional growth. The role requires managing multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe after hire.

Compensation & Benefits
