Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of large, complex testing initiatives, proactively managing risks and identifying quality and efficiency improvements.
- Own and evolve test automation frameworks using open-source technologies to support scalable testing solutions.
- Drive process optimization by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective improvements.
- Design and carry out diverse testing methods, including functional, performance, and automated testing strategies.
- Deliver clear, actionable test insights and results to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and refine test environments and procedures to uphold high-quality standards.
- Conduct end-to-end testing with a focus on validating data pipelines, source-to-target mappings, and data integrity.
- Develop and sustain automated test scripts using Virtuoso and other applicable automation tools.
- Manage comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with established test strategies.
- Oversee the full defect lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution and transparent reporting.
- Perform detailed testing of database structures and ETL workflows to verify data accuracy and consistency.
