Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing alerts for essential trading infrastructure
- Identifying and resolving live environment issues before escalation
- Creating custom tools and automation scripts to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Diagnosing and fixing advanced technical problems in production systems
- Managing deployment of all production infrastructure components
- Providing after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis
