univativ GmbH is looking for a Transaction Reporting Specialist (m/w/d) to join a leading German bank’s financial environment. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor transaction-based reporting activities, and contribute to the continuous development of reporting systems.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial environment.
- Monitor transaction-based reporting activities according to various supervisory requirements (e.g., Art. 9 EMIR, Art. 26 MiFIR, Art. 4 MMSR, Art. 4 SFTR, DFA).
- Continuously develop the reporting system within an interdisciplinary team to increase process availability and scalability.
- Provide technical supervision for relevant systems in the transaction-based reporting environment within the Market Services department.
- Act as an interface to IT and serve as the central contact for consulting and operational support on system-related questions.
- Play an active role in designing efficient and regulatorily compliant process workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed university degree or training in banking.
- Ability to conceptually capture technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions together with IT.
- Deep understanding of financial instruments, particularly stocks, securities, and derivatives.
- Very good analytical skills and structured, independent, and reliable work approach.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork, contributing to solution-oriented collaboration.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Several years of professional experience in transaction-based reporting.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team within the Market Services department.

- Annual salary between €80,000 and €90,000.
