About the Role

Support logistics operations from home in a role focused on keeping freight moving efficiently. You'll assist drivers and dispatchers by managing schedules, sharing timely updates, and ensuring documentation accuracy across every load.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate pickup and delivery details to drivers, including addresses and appointment times
  • Monitor ETAs, delays, and driver compliance with hours-of-service regulations
  • Respond to roadside issues with clear, professional support
  • Verify bills of lading and proof of delivery to prevent shipment errors
  • Track load status and communicate updates to brokers and shippers
  • Estimate unloading durations and avoid tight scheduling conflicts
  • Upload documents into the TMS and maintain detailed, up-to-date load notes
  • Track detention, layover, and TONU eligibility
  • Send regular check calls and notify stakeholders of changes
  • Build reliable working relationships across carriers, shippers, and brokers

Strong organizational habits, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly. Clear, professional communication is essential. Prior experience with load boards or TMS platforms is helpful but not required—training is provided.
