What You’ll Own
- Design and manage performance campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging digital channels to meet scalable growth goals
- Optimize every stage of the acquisition funnel—from first touch to conversion—using data to improve efficiency and lower CAC
- Analyze customer cohorts and behavioral patterns to define ideal user profiles and refine targeting strategies
- Develop local and hyper-local acquisition tactics that drive engagement within specific geographic regions
- Lead retention strategy, identifying key churn signals and building programs that keep users active and engaged
- Manage agency partners and external vendors, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance benchmarks
- Set up clear measurement frameworks to track campaign ROI and report weekly on spend, performance, and channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer-facing channels, from ads to app store content
- Test and scale new acquisition channels with a disciplined, results-first approach

- Experience with SEO, ASO, SEM, PR, and earned media is a strong plus
