As a User Experience Design Engineer, you’ll play a central role in defining how creators interact with our platform across desktop, mobile, and web. You'll lead design from concept to execution—crafting wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that balance usability, brand, and technical feasibility.
What You’ll Do
- Advance and scale the global design system to ensure consistency and flexibility across all product surfaces.
- Drive end-to-end UI/UX design for new features, translating user needs into intuitive, production-ready solutions.
- Work side by side with product managers and engineers to align design vision with technical implementation.
- Design seamlessly across platforms—desktop applications, responsive web dashboards, and mobile apps—ensuring continuity as users switch devices.
- Contribute to brand expression through intentional visual design, including occasional marketing assets and product illustrations.
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback to elevate the quality and impact of the team’s design output.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in product, UI/UX, or a related design role in a fast-moving environment.
- Deep expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, and advanced prototyping.
- A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving through design, with a focus on usability, engagement, and retention.
- Strong visual design skills, including the ability to create clean vector graphics and marketing visuals.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining clarity and quality.
Nice-to-Have
- Personal experience using streaming or creator tools—especially Streamlabs Desktop or Ultra.
- Experience designing micro-interactions or motion elements to enhance interface feedback.
- Familiarity with AI-powered features or workflows in creative software.
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities.
