Responsibilities
- Create and implement a worldwide website plan to achieve marketing, sales, and customer experience goals.
- Oversee website roadmap, prioritization, governance, and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, UX, Demand Generation, and IT teams to create effective digital experiences.
- Direct initiatives for SEO, GEO, website personalization, conversion rate optimization, accessibility, and site performance.
- Examine user behavior and website analytics to find ways to increase engagement and conversions.
- Handle CMS governance, content publishing processes, and website quality checks.
- Use AI tools to enhance content, testing, personalization, and customer interactions.
- Work with Marketing Operations to integrate CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting systems smoothly.
- Ensure website meets compliance, accessibility standards, privacy rules, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain partnerships with web development agencies and technology providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience overseeing enterprise websites and digital experiences.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO, GEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and UX best practices.
- Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience working alongside developers, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals.
- Understanding of AI-driven website optimization and personalization tools.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
