Responsibilities
- Lead user experience design activities across Agile/Scrum development sprints, ensuring all interface changes are grounded in user research and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
- Conduct discovery work to understand the needs of diverse user populations, including external users, internal staff, and privileged account holders.
Requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert for user experience design, UI design, and Section 508 accessibility compliance across all public-facing and internal IAM platforms.
- Ensure that all delivered interfaces are intuitive, accessible, compliant, and aligned with the Brand Style Guide and Design System.
