Responsibilities
- Deliver video assets for Meta and other channels in weekly sprints.
- Create short and long-form ads using UGC, studio footage, and AI-generated content.
- Use AI tools to generate customer visuals, hooks, and high-quality product b-roll.
- Collaborate with creative strategists to analyze performance data and refine assets based on insights.
- Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Senior-level video editing experience, ideally within performance marketing or direct-response advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong, independent skills in AI video and audio tools (Sora 2, Kling, ElevenLabs, or similar).
- Sharp motion design instincts - you know how to pace edits for attention, emotion, and conversion.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, ad hooks, and what drives performance on Meta and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment with regular feedback and testing cycles.
- An efficiency-first mindset with motivation to increase creative output and velocity.
- Detail-oriented and organized - you keep files, folders, and timelines clean.
- Excellent English communication skills.
