The Flex Ventures was looking for a Virtual Assistant

The Flex Ventures is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business. You will be a key player in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication.

What You'll Do

  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams
  • Provide exceptional support to clients

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • A reliable mobile phone, laptop, and internet connection
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
  • Ability to work more than the normal working hours and extra days when needed
  • A desire to commit to a long-term career with our company

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
