About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the expansion of key business relationships by engaging with top-tier clients and industry leaders. You'll shape and execute strategies that align with the company’s advanced capabilities in digital product design and development, ensuring long-term partnerships with significant revenue impact.

Drive end-to-end deal cycles for complex, high-value engagements—from initial outreach and strategic positioning to negotiation and contract finalization. Develop persuasive sales materials, tailored proposals, and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate differentiated value to decision-makers.

Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to design solutions that meet demanding client requirements while aligning with internal strengths and methodologies. Use insights from CRM data and market trends to forecast performance, refine outreach, and guide growth strategy in key market segments.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales, particularly in closing major deals within digital product or technology services
  • Demonstrated ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-suite executives
  • Strong track record of closing deals ranging from $1M to over $10M
  • Skilled at using data and narrative to influence high-level business decisions
  • Experience building lasting, trust-based relationships with both clients and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently manage complex sales contracts, including MSAs and SOWs
  • Self-driven mindset with a consistent history of exceeding performance goals
  • Strategic thinker who can shape and execute growth initiatives across key business areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in management consulting, especially serving clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Consumer sectors
  • Technical degree or engineering experience
  • Advanced business degree, such as an MBA
