About the Role

Lead the development and execution of people strategies that support company growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence across a scaling AI-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement long-term people strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development initiatives
  • Guide organizational design and change management during periods of growth
  • Foster a performance-driven culture with equitable advancement opportunities
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards
  • Develop metrics to measure workforce health and HR effectiveness
  • Partner with executives to strengthen team dynamics and leadership capability
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across all functions
  • Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues
  • Build scalable HR infrastructure to support international expansion
  • Drive learning and development programs for employees at all levels
  • Oversee people analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead annual performance review and feedback processes
  • Support merger and acquisition integration from a people perspective
  • Cultivate a company culture rooted in transparency and accountability
  • Design onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration
  • Evaluate HR technology tools and implement system improvements
  • Represent people strategy in board-level discussions
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR practices
