What You'll Do
- Write efficient, maintainable code using modern front-end and back-end technologies

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and develop effective technical solutions
- Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability
- Enhance existing applications by integrating back-end data and optimizing functionality
- Document technical processes to support ongoing maintenance and user assistance

What We're Looking For
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum of two years in web development or programming roles
- Proven experience with Python and frameworks such as Flask or Django
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with React or similar JavaScript libraries
- Experience working in Linux environments with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms like AWS
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to thrive in collaborative settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in fast-moving, dynamic environments
