Hire Overseas is hiring a Web Graphic Designer to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused visuals for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. You’ll produce polished, on-brand graphics that elevate clarity and storytelling, working closely with founders, marketers, and creative teams.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Design banners, visual sections, icons, UI-supporting elements, and layout-ready components
- Maintain consistency in brand styling, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Turn creative briefs into visuals that support clarity, credibility, and conversions
- Develop assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and promotional materials
- Maintain organized design libraries and reusable graphic systems
- Collaborate with content or marketing teams to align visuals with messaging
- Create light motion graphics for product promos or UI showcases
- Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to explore concepts or visual variations
- Help refine AI prompts for ideation or rapid prototyping
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong focus on web graphics
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong grasp of layout, spacing, typography, and visual clarity
- Ability to design clean, modern, conversion-friendly web visuals
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable producing multiple assets weekly
Nice to Have
- Motion design experience (After Effects or similar)
- AI prompting or experience integrating AI-generated design elements
- Basic understanding of UI/UX or web layout structures
Technical Stack
- Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E

You will work closely with founders, marketers, and creative teams. There is room to grow into brand design, web design, or motion graphics.
