This position supports the reliable operation of a regulated financial exchange during weekend hours. As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining system stability, responding to incidents, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately. The role is remote, part-time, and scheduled for weekends, making it ideal for self-directed individuals with experience in technical or operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor exchange systems and infrastructure throughout weekend shifts, identifying anomalies and initiating escalation procedures when needed.
- Collaborate with on-call engineering staff to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Carry out scheduled operational workflows, verifying successful execution and accuracy.
- Track system performance using dashboards and log data to detect and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Deliver clear and timely updates during incidents or periods of elevated market activity.
- Record operational events and assist in post-incident analysis to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and remain composed during high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, particularly during off-hours.
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana or AWS CloudWatch.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or exchange operations.

- Prior experience in network operations, technical support, or a similar operational role.

Compensation & Benefits
