Naviro GmbH is looking for an InfoSec Consultant to strategically advise and guide clients through the introduction, advancement, and establishment of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). You will be part of a team that sees itself as strategic security designers, shaping digital resilience.
What You'll Do
- Advise and support clients with ISMS implementations based on ISO/IEC 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, or custom standards.
- Create risk analyses, determine protection requirements, and conduct gap assessments.
- Support clients through audits, awareness measures, and emergency management planning.
- Design and facilitate workshops for both management and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and the client's organization.
- Lead projects independently with clear scope and impact.
- Contribute to the further development of internal methods and standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in information security consulting or ISMS implementation.
- Solid knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ideally with project or audit practice.
- Familiarity with risk management, regulatory requirements, and security as a business enabler.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, effective from admin to C-level.
- A structured, reflective working style with a fundamental understanding of technology.
