Role Overview
In this temporary full-time position, you will play a key role in transforming people data into meaningful insights. As part of the Talent Operations, Systems, and Insights team, you will work closely with People Business Partners and leadership to analyze workforce trends, support HR initiatives, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly present HR insights to stakeholders.
- Extract and consolidate data from Workday and other HR platforms using reporting tools and advanced query techniques.
- Translate business needs into technical reporting requirements and deliver end-to-end reporting solutions—from design through testing and deployment.
- Analyze workforce data to uncover patterns in demographics, performance, compensation, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and contribute to defining KPIs for new system features and initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy by implementing validation processes and conducting regular quality checks.
- Support data governance by helping maintain policies and procedures related to data integrity and access.
- Conduct internal audit reviews, assess control gaps, and collaborate with management to implement corrective actions.
- Partner with auditors to maintain consistent and scalable audit practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay current with evolving Workday reporting functionalities and industry best practices.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to build data literacy and promote effective reporting across teams.
Qualifications
You bring at least three years of experience working with HR data and analytics. Familiarity with Workday is essential—including calculated fields, advanced and matrix reporting, and dashboard creation. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or have equivalent training and experience.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills in HR reporting tools, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience managing large datasets. You understand the employee lifecycle and HR program cycles, and you’re skilled at turning complex data into clear, useful information. Fluency in English is required to support collaboration across global teams.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
