Join a forward-thinking team focused on transforming HR data into strategic assets. As a Workday Analyst specializing in Audit & Reporting, you'll play a central role in extracting, validating, and interpreting people data from Workday and other HR systems to guide organizational decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that turn complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
- Extract and manipulate HR data using Workday reporting tools, advanced calculated fields, and matrix reports.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical reporting solutions, managing projects from concept through testing and deployment.
- Analyze workforce trends in areas like compensation, performance, turnover, and demographics to assess program effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of new HR features and system updates.
- Ensure data quality through validation processes and routine integrity checks across HR platforms.
- Support data governance by contributing to policies and standards for reporting and system usage.
- Conduct internal audits, identify control gaps, and collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions.
- Partner with HR teams and auditors to maintain consistent, scalable compliance practices.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to improve data fluency and reporting standards across HR functions.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience working with HR data analytics and reporting systems.
- Proven expertise with Workday, including advanced report creation, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of Excel and HR-specific reporting tools.
- Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data consistency across enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle and HR program cycles.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
