Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the design vision for a white-label ecosystem focused on health and medical applications. In this role, you’ll refine and maintain the core design system in Figma, ensuring it supports multiple branded versions of the product while remaining cohesive, scalable, and accessible.

- Lead the development and documentation of a robust Figma design system using variables, tokens, and reusable components
- Establish a clear, semantic naming structure for design tokens to ensure consistency between design and engineering teams
- Implement theme variations using Figma’s advanced features to support white-label branding across platforms
- Export design tokens to JSON to streamline developer handoff and integration
- Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces using glassmorphism techniques—leveraging blur, opacity, and gradients—without compromising accessibility
- Create interactive feedback systems such as progress tracking, rewards, and checklists to boost user engagement
- Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces
- Provide daily mentorship to internal designers through voice memos, screen recordings, and annotated feedback
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design with technical constraints and architectural goals
- Monitor trends in health tech, wellness apps, and gamification, applying insights to improve the product
- Conduct competitive analysis and share actionable findings to guide future iterations
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of designing high-impact mobile, tablet, and desktop applications with measurable improvements in user engagement and business outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly with variables, tokens, modes, and scalable component libraries
- Experience structuring and exporting design tokens for engineering use
- Skill in designing translucent UI elements using glassmorphism principles while maintaining readability and accessibility
- Background in designing gamified experiences that drive retention and user motivation
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear feedback via voice notes or recorded walkthroughs in English
- Availability to collaborate during hours overlapping with the America/Los Angeles time zone
- Applicants must not be located in GMT+5 to GMT+7 time zones (e.g., India, Pakistan)

Familiarity with behavioural health, wellness, or medical technology applications is a strong plus.
Technical Environment
- Figma (with variables and tokens)
- Design tokens and JSON export workflows
- Glassmorphism and modern visual design techniques
- Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop
