About the Role

As an Account Executive specializing in small and medium businesses, you will lead sales initiatives within your designated region, targeting IT decision-makers with innovative SaaS solutions. Your role centers on identifying new prospects, initiating outreach, and guiding potential clients through the sales journey using a deep understanding of product capabilities and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify leads within your territory
  • Deliver clear, value-driven presentations that align solutions with customer challenges
  • Navigate contract discussions to close deals efficiently and exceed sales goals
  • Keep Salesforce updated with detailed opportunity records and accurate forecasting
  • Respond quickly to customer questions and support needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Stay informed on evolving technologies in RMM, MDM, and ITSM to strengthen customer trust

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort discussing IT tools
