Responsibilities
- Create and manage the architectural framework for the Agent Builder Factory, establishing standards, best practices, and design patterns for AI agent development and deployment.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for agile teams, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and long-term vision.
- Collaborate with platform engineering to build resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure, promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation, governance, and environment consistency.
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and business units to convert business needs into effective technical implementations.
- Enforce architectural governance by conducting design reviews, audits, and providing ongoing feedback to uphold code quality, security, and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, assessing their viability and recommending integration to maintain technological leadership.
- Offer technical guidance and training to developers in agile pods, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in software development, including at least 3 years in application or enterprise architecture roles focused on AI, machine learning, or data-heavy systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
- Proven experience working with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Extensive background in data lakehouse architectures, particularly using Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or Pulumi.
- Solid programming skills in Java and Python are required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React for front-end development is beneficial.
