Black Rifle Coffee Company is hiring an Analytics Engineer to serve as a key individual contributor on our data team. You will leverage your skills in data engineering, SQL, and visualization to support high-impact business projects, delivering actionable insights that enhance decision-making, drive growth, and increase efficiency. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic questions into data projects with clear objectives and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
- Model and transform data using DBT, ensuring high data quality and performance across systems.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings and influence data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Social Media, and eCommerce teams to align on data initiatives.
- Identify areas for automation and optimization using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Director of Data & AI in shaping the data roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a data engineering or analytics-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with DBT and modern data stack tools.
- Proven experience creating data visualizations for leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and how to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills—able to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or CPG.
