Responsibilities
- Lead organized onboarding processes for new customers adopting the Apollo platform.
- Act as the main contact for clients during onboarding, with a focus on the EMEA region.
- Clearly communicate the platform's functionalities, features, and available integration paths.
- Respond to client questions with technical precision and assurance.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth progression from onboarding to operational use.
- Clarify the integration boundaries and possibilities within the Apollo environment.
- Adapt onboarding sessions to align with each client's business structure and technical configuration.
