Responsibilities

- Support ad-hoc analytical requests from business units
- Maintain and optimize existing reporting infrastructure
- Document data definitions, logic, and report functionality
- Partner with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines
- Validate data integrity during system and process changes
- Translate business questions into measurable data queries
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics
- Propose enhancements to current reporting standards
- Assist in the development of data models and warehouse structures
- Conduct quality assurance on reports before distribution
- Provide training and support for report users
- Evaluate new data sources for integration into BI systems
- Maintain version control for reporting assets
- Support compliance and audit requirements with accurate data
- Work within agile project frameworks
- Improve data accessibility for non-technical teams
- Standardize metrics and definitions across departments
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve promptly
- Participate in testing upgrades and new system features
