About the Role

As a Client Engagement Data Analyst - AI, you will play a central role in shaping how artificial intelligence integrates with client support operations. Your focus will be on building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers intelligent automation, ensuring systems are structured to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage AI agent workflows that go beyond basic tools to solve complex operational challenges
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI within client engagement and lead end-to-end implementation
  • Establish data standards, tagging frameworks, and system architectures that enable reliable AI decision-making
  • Act as an early adopter—testing and refining new AI capabilities before broader deployment
  • Develop and maintain data models that support classification, tagging, and reporting across support platforms
  • Optimize data structures in Zendesk and connected systems to ensure compatibility with AI processing
  • Define how support data maps to AI outputs, improving accuracy and usability
  • Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to ensure clean, consistent, and model-ready inputs
  • Identify gaps in current data architecture that limit AI potential and propose solutions
  • Build dashboards and reports that track AI performance, support trends, and system health
  • Produce AI-driven insights such as the Echo Report, translating raw data into clear operational intelligence
  • Monitor feedback loops between AI suggestions and human actions to refine system behavior
  • Spot emerging patterns in support data and align them with reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with senior technical leaders to shape and apply new AI developments
  • Serve as a liaison between client engagement, AI, and engineering teams—translating needs into technical requirements
  • Improve AI fluency across the team by teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts
  • Communicate data changes and reporting updates clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support backlog prioritization by assessing data readiness for proposed automation projects

Qualifications

You bring 3–5 years of experience in data or operations analysis, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-volume customer environments. You have hands-on experience designing AI workflows—not just using prompting tools, but building systems that drive measurable outcomes. You understand that AI success depends more on data quality than model complexity.

Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with experience querying and transforming data across complex systems. You’re familiar with Zendesk or similar case management platforms, including their data models, ticket structures, and reporting capabilities. You’ve used BI tools like Looker or Mixpanel to build and maintain dashboards independently.

You’ve contributed to data taxonomies, tagging systems, or classification frameworks, and you can translate between operational needs and technical requirements. You understand how AI systems consume structured data and what it means for data to be model-ready. You’re also passionate about teaching others and raising the AI capability of your team.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with AI tagging pipelines, LLM-based classification, or RAG systems
  • Scripting skills in Python or similar languages for automation
  • Background in crypto, digital assets, or compliance-related operations
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification

You’ll work with OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, SQL, Zendesk, Looker, Mixpanel, Python, n8n, Zapier, and Make.
