Responsibilities
- Create brand-compliant materials with minimal oversight.
- Support internal and external marketing efforts, including events, awards, media relations, and asset management.
- Write copy, design layouts, and produce materials tailored to the target audience.
- Maintain project and personnel information in the firm's database to preserve institutional knowledge.
- Gain a deep understanding of the firm's capabilities and unique selling points in specific client industries.
- Ensure the firm's brand is represented accurately through thorough quality control of materials.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 0-2+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Communications, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry.
- Proactive approach to managing multiple tasks for various stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple demands while maintaining focus.
- Eagerness to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Suite, including Teams.
