Dell Technologies is hiring a Consultant, Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support to clients operating in isolated or disconnected environments, focusing on data center infrastructure technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with federal government clients and their partners to deploy artificial intelligence systems within secure and restricted settings.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of enterprise technologies, including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud platforms, and integrated systems spanning edge, core, and cloud environments.
  • Build strong internal collaborations across technical delivery teams, security units, project management offices, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish credibility and long-term trust with external clients and partners by demonstrating technical excellence, professionalism, and mission-focused expertise.
  • Support sales and client teams in designing, specifying, and deploying advanced, multi-component IT systems tailored to complex operational requirements.
