Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new clients by accurately entering legal documents such as leases and loan agreements into systems.
- Take part in or lead virtual meetings with internal teams and clients using Zoom to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Handle software setup tasks during client onboarding, including integration configuration and data validation.
- Carefully examine client contracts to detect inconsistencies, ensure adherence to regulations, and reduce potential risks.
- Prepare and modify contractual agreements to align with organizational requirements and client expectations.
- Collaborate with legal and sales departments to make sure contracts support overall business goals.
- Help clients configure, manage, and resolve issues related to QuickBooks.
- Offer advice on integrating QuickBooks efficiently with the company's software platform.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist in troubleshooting technical problems involving QuickBooks integration.
