The Quality Group (TQG) seeks a GitHub Production Support Engineer to provide high-level operational support for our GitHub platform. You will ensure system reliability by resolving complex production incidents and reviewing critical configuration changes.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 3/4 support for GitHub production issues, including repository access, permissions, branch protection errors, and workflow failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve GitHub admin-level incidents, working with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams as needed.
- Review and support critical configuration changes, such as repo visibility, Actions usage, and admin settings.
