EWOR GmbH is looking for a Data Science Co-Founder / COO to build and run your own startup. You will embark on a personal development journey with a customized program to enhance your management skills, with the goal of scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues and building a €1B+ company.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Data Science.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Receive support in hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
- Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible', ready to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language.

- A salary while you build your startup as you will be directly employed by EWOR GmbH. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
