Role Overview
We’re seeking a DevOps & Solution Architect to lead the evolution of our technical infrastructure and software delivery practices. You’ll play a central role in designing resilient, scalable systems and streamlining development workflows through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the advancement of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, with a strong focus on test automation
- Design, implement, and maintain the DevOps toolchain to support agile development cycles
- Develop and document technical specifications, user stories, and architectural blueprints
- Share knowledge actively across teams and ensure technical insights are accessible and actionable
- Monitor emerging technologies, open-source components, and platform updates to inform system design
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver secure, high-performance solutions that scale efficiently
- Guide teams in adopting effective processes for development, testing, and deployment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, and database solutions
- Background in designing highly available, scalable infrastructures for distributed systems
- Agile development experience with a focus on iterative delivery
- Strong Linux proficiency and comfort working in command-line environments
- Hands-on scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, and Bash
- Experience using Docker for containerization and deployment
- Ability to communicate clearly, influence technical direction, and work effectively in collaborative settings
- Strategic thinker with a systems-level perspective and a drive to mentor peers
- Self-directed with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certification
- Contributions to open-source software projects

Compensation
Annual gross salary ranges from €24,000 to €45,000, depending on experience. The role does not include equity or additional benefits beyond the stated compensation.
