Placetel was looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - France (f/m/d)

Shape the digital presence of an innovative SaaS product in the French market as the driving force behind localized marketing initiatives. You'll lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for Placetel AI, focusing on building awareness, generating demand, and improving conversion across all digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy tailored to the French audience
  • Manage and optimize the local website, including content, user experience, and conversion performance
  • Plan and run digital campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, and email marketing
  • Adapt core messaging and value propositions to resonate with local customers
  • Track and analyze traffic, lead quality, and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with central product, analytics, and marketing teams to align global strategy with local execution
  • Support product launches and feature rollouts with targeted marketing activities
  • Ensure brand consistency while meeting regional market needs
  • Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to continuously improve results

What We're Looking For

You have a strong foundation in digital marketing with hands-on experience across multiple channels. You're comfortable owning a market independently and thrive in a data-rich environment. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with execution excellence makes you a key player in scaling a product internationally.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or related field
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proven skills in website management, performance marketing, content, and analytics
  • Strong execution focus and practical problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels
  • Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems
  • Native French proficiency with fluency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of market outcomes
