Responsibilities
- own our dual-channel marketing strategy: managing email campaigns and WhatsApp messaging to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned checkouts, increase average order value, and build customer loyalty in the fashion space.
- Design & execute email campaigns that segment audiences, test messaging, and convert browsers into buyers
- Manage WhatsApp marketing flows using Klaviyo (if you've experience with another tool we can try that), promotional sequences, and customer re-engagement campaigns
- Monitor & report critical metrics to optimize performance continuously
- A/B test subject lines, copy, timing, and offers to maximize open rates, click rates, and conversions
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal changes and special promotions
- Identify trends & opportunities in customer behavior to inform strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years in email marketing for fashion/ecommerce dropshipping or similar non-branded retail
- Proven WhatsApp marketing experience – campaigns, flow setup, customer engagement sequences
- Deep familiarity with Klayvio
- Data-driven mindset – you live by metrics and use them to make your own decisions
- Self-starter mentality – ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with other email platforms (Substack, ConvertKit)
- Basic understanding of SMS marketing or push notifications
- Experience scaling campaigns across seasonal peaks
- Portfolio or case studies showing campaign performance
