Requirements
- Demonstrated background in recruitment with measurable success placing candidates in varied positions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with candidates and clients.
- Solid knowledge of hiring frameworks and techniques, adaptable to specific role demands.
- Capable of self-direction and managing concurrent recruitment initiatives efficiently.
- Highly organized with a focus on accuracy throughout the hiring workflow.
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving demanding recruitment targets.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
