The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Industrial Security Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO. You will support a Special Access Program (SAP) and conduct Internal Security Controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Internal Security Controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections.
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action.
- Assist less experienced personnel with Internal Security Controls.
- Conduct Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes, and situations.
- Perform Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and assist custodians.
- Protect information through the development and administration of an Operational Security program.
- Lead and perform Personnel Security team processes to obtain security clearances.
- Conduct security awareness training and education programs.
- Perform Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities.
- Manage Sub-Contractor security compliance.
- Participate on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) sub or task teams.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years, or enrollment in a Continuous Vetting program.
- 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment.
- 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI.
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
- Experience with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Security Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4; and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Directives.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $78,200 - $105,800.
