Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks such as system checks, preventive servicing, software upgrades, field corrections, and equipment recalls within an assigned area
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues on all supported products following established protocols and response timelines
- Manage the delivery, setup, and installation of systems and hardware components
- Apply knowledge of operating room procedures and HIPAA compliance in daily operations
- Complete administrative tasks including inventory tracking, service reporting, return authorizations, and expense documentation on time
- Maintain company-issued assets such as tools, calibration kits, vehicles, laptops, and tablets in proper working condition
- Assist internal teams with various initiatives such as cross-regional support, sales events, training programs, and customer outreach
- Contribute insights and participate in improvement projects to enhance service processes and operational efficiency
- Attend required training programs, including product-specific instruction, company-led courses, and professional development sessions
- Manage temporary assignments by addressing customer needs, building relationships, and supporting training and events as needed
