About the Role
This role involves on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced systems in aviation settings, working directly with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and performance.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware and software systems at customer locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deployment plans
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during and after installation
- Provide real-time feedback from the field to product and engineering teams
- Ensure all deployed systems meet performance and safety standards
- Conduct site assessments to determine deployment requirements
- Train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities
- Support integration of systems with existing customer infrastructure
- Respond to urgent field escalations as needed
- Follow safety protocols during all on-site operations
- Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery and setup
- Verify network and power requirements are met prior to deployment
- Perform post-deployment testing and validation
- Escalate complex technical challenges to senior engineers
- Adapt deployment strategies based on site-specific conditions
- Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations
- Maintain professional conduct during customer engagements
- Track deployment progress using internal project management tools
- Assist in refining deployment processes for future efficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)
- Familiarity with radar or sensor integration
- Certifications in networking or systems administration
- Prior work with public safety or government agencies
