Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Software Developer (Golang) - AI Trainer to collaborate on projects that enhance Generative AI models for specialized coding questions and complex reasoning. You will apply your domain knowledge to train models for better performance and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts designed to challenge AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the AI's answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in software development, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Code review experience is a requirement.
- Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
