Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking initiative focused on advancing artificial intelligence by improving how language models interpret and generate human expression. This part-time, fully remote position is available to qualified individuals within eligible U.S. states and operates on a flexible, on-demand basis tailored to project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated outputs through structured evaluation frameworks
- Label textual elements for semantic or functional attributes
- Assign standardized classifications to data points
- Evaluate content for quality, relevance, and appropriateness
- Enhance model understanding by generating descriptive tags for concepts and trends
- Expand training datasets through text paraphrasing, summarization, and other transformations
- Verify functionality of AI features according to defined criteria
- Identify specific content types such as branded material or clickbait
- Rank responses based on defined preference metrics
- Develop effective prompts to elicit model responses
- Generate, rephrase, and summarize text while preserving meaning
- Compare content for similarity and coherence
- Transcribe audio into written form and translate between English and French
- Collect diverse digital content for model training and refinement
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a humanities-related field and demonstrate professional or native proficiency in both English and French (CEFR C1/C2 level). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. Advanced degrees in relevant disciplines are highly valued.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote within eligible U.S. states, with a flexible schedule accommodating up to 28 hours per week depending on project availability. The position supports asynchronous, task-based assignments, allowing contributors to manage their workload around personal commitments.
