Next Job Abroad is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support professional to provide exceptional service for a gaming platform. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving their inquiries from our location in Greece.

What You'll Do

  • Provide top-tier customer support through live chat, email, and phone for German-speaking customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints.
  • Assist users in navigating the gaming platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in support systems.
  • Engage in ongoing training to deepen product understanding and improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
  • A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
