Join a team shaping the future of graphics technology. As a GPU Arch Modeling Engineer, you'll play a central role in verifying next-generation graphics processor IP. Your work will ensure new features are thoroughly validated before integration, supporting high-performance computing and visual experiences.
What You'll Do
- Partner with architecture, hardware, firmware, and software teams to define verification goals for new GPU capabilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans that account for system-level interactions across hardware, firmware, and driver environments
- Estimate effort for test development and environment enhancements
- Construct directed and randomized verification tests to stress key functionality
- Investigate test failures to isolate root causes, coordinating with RTL and firmware teams to resolve issues
- Evaluate functional and code coverage data, refining test strategies to meet closure targets
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with ASIC IP verification methodologies
- Proficiency in simulation-based debugging of firmware and RTL
- Strong command of UVM, SystemVerilog, C, and C++ in Linux and Windows environments
- Familiarity with graphics pipeline architecture
- Background in building UVM-based testbenches and verification frameworks
- Experience automating tasks in distributed computing environments
- Knowledge of simulation optimization, hardware acceleration, and high-level synthesis tools
- Hands-on experience with SystemC and TLM
- Scripting skills in Perl, Ruby, shell, or Makefile
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Familiarity with video codec or multimedia systems is beneficial
Technology Environment
Work with UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, SystemC, TLM, Perl, Ruby, shell scripting, Makefile, Linux, Windows, simulation platforms, and HLS toolchains.
Work Model
