What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that delivers immediate value while building toward a scalable revenue intelligence platform.
- Identify the initial product focus—such as billing accuracy or exception handling—and guide its evolution into a comprehensive solution.
- Engage directly with enterprise logistics teams to understand real-world billing challenges, disputes, and operational gaps.
- Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and usage patterns, balancing rapid learning with long-term architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to develop automated invoice validation, real-time discrepancy detection, and intelligent resolution workflows.
- Ensure AI-generated insights are transparent, auditable, and trusted by finance and operations stakeholders.
- Design integrations with existing enterprise systems including TMS, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Drive adoption across technical, operational, and executive teams within customer organizations.
- Guide the transition from hands-on builder to leader of a growing product team as the company scales.
- Represent the product externally to investors, partners, and early adopters.
Who You Are
- Have over a decade of experience leading product in enterprise SaaS environments, with a track record of launching products from concept to market success.
- Thrive in complex, unstructured domains—especially those involving contracts, fragmented data, and operational exceptions.
- Understand how to apply machine learning, rules-based systems, and automation to real-world business processes.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Operate independently in ambiguous environments with a founder’s mindset.
- Balance urgent customer needs with strategic platform development.
- Have experience navigating enterprise sales cycles, implementations, and adoption challenges.
