Requirements
- Three years of leadership experience and two years managing programs or services.
- Proven ability to delegate, supervise staff and programs, and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Understanding of how medical and administrative services interact and depend on one another.
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Completion of Basic First Aid training.
- At least two years of general experience demonstrating public interaction skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply printed rules, regulations, detailed orders, and training materials, as well as write reports.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, composure, attentiveness, emotional stability, and performance aligned with role responsibilities.
- Capacity to remain calm and controlled during high-stress incidents such as fires, explosions, civil unrest, or evacuations.
- Hold a Master’s degree in hospital administration, public health administration, or a related field with healthcare coursework, or possess progressive experience in healthcare administration, analysis, supervision, or clinical management.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Must currently reside physically within the continental United States.
- Pass a medical evaluation by a licensed physician within 30 days before assignment begins.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
- Must have lived in the U.S. for the past five years, unless serving abroad on official U.S. government duty.
- Successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation.
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain required security clearances.

- Must be able to walk unaided at a normal pace for up to five minutes and maintain balance.

- Must be able to perform CPR or emergency care while standing or kneeling.
- Ability to assist patients or staff during evacuations, which may involve lifting, dragging, or carrying individuals heavier than oneself.

- Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying 30 pounds.
- Must perform job duties in stressful, austere environments without physical limitations.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged durations.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate computers.
- Ability to use phone or computer for extended periods.
