BRP is looking for an Industrial Designer to help shape the next generation of recreational vehicles. At BRP, design is about creating emotion, not just movement. You will transform bold ideas into functional, innovative, and emotionally compelling concepts by working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, design, and develop functional, innovative, and ergonomic solutions for recreational products.
- Develop and initiate projects that exceed customers’ needs.
- Explore and conceptualize various aspects of industrial design for innovative vehicles with high emotional content.
- Play a major role in developing and validating concepts.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to determine how to meet latent user needs.
- Suggest ideas for concepts, materials, and creations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, or transport design.
- Relevant experience designing and developing recreational vehicles, motor vehicles, or motorcycles.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong ability to communicate ideas by sketching and specialized knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
- Solid knowledge of recent trends in design and assembly.
