Responsibilities
- Reach out to borrowers by phone and email to support loan application progress
- Gather necessary documentation from applicants throughout the application phase
- Guide applications through the underwriting review process
- Coordinate prompt loan closings with borrowers
- Apply effective communication and problem-solving abilities to connect with applicants efficiently
- Highlight the advantages of loan products to potential borrowers
- Advance deals to completion within one or two calls
- Oversee a sales pipeline containing up to 20 active transactions at various stages
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
