Role Overview
Join a globally distributed team focused on transforming how people connect through innovative social discovery products. As an Investment Analyst, you'll play a key role in the Real Estate Department by analyzing markets, assessing investment opportunities, and supporting strategic asset decisions across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and track real estate trends in the US, Latvia, and other international markets, including property valuations, rental dynamics, tax frameworks, and yield performance
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators such as inflation, interest rates, foreign exchange movements, and regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, costs, and returns for real estate assets
- Conduct feasibility studies and scenario analyses to evaluate acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and divestment opportunities
- Assess the financial performance of existing holdings, including profitability, payback periods, and operating costs
- Calculate and interpret investment metrics including IRR, ROI, NPV, and DCF to inform decision-making
- Generate regular reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio performance for senior leadership
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and real estate teams on transactions, valuations, and compliance matters
- Prepare clear, insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders based on comprehensive analysis
- Deliver actionable recommendations on portfolio optimization and long-term investment strategy
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in investment, real estate, or financial analysis
- Proven ability to analyze assets across different countries and regulatory environments
- Strong grasp of financial modeling, cash flow projections, and investment performance metrics
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including scenario modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Familiarity with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for reporting and dashboards
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems and database management
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
- Fluent English (B2 or higher, C1 preferred); native-level Russian (C1+)
- Knowledge of real estate taxation, leasing structures, and transaction processes across jurisdictions

- Direct exposure to real estate markets in the US and Latvia
