CI&T is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in the Azure cloud ecosystem to join our team in Brazil. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that empower development teams and accelerate delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable software delivery
- Architect and provision cloud infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code principles
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform health
- Implement security best practices and compliance controls across the cloud environment
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance operational maturity and DevOps culture
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure and deployment issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with significant focus on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Deep hands-on expertise with Azure services (e.g., AKS, App Services, Functions, Networking, Storage)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tooling
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Azure Bicep/ARM
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in a cloud-native context
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams
