The Jr. Cyber Hero role at ThreatLocker is an entry-level position designed for individuals beginning their cybersecurity career. The role involves supporting client environments, troubleshooting issues, providing helpdesk support, and assisting the sales team with customer calls.
What You'll Do
- Updating and maintaining applications within client environments
- Building test environments
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Helpdesk Support
- Hardware support
- Supporting our Sales team in customer calls
- Other duties as identified and assigned
What We're Looking For
- THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE
- Computer savvy
- Interested in cybersecurity
- Willing to learn
- Basic knowledge and experience with computer programming and operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to Have
- Cybersecurity certificates (CompTIA, Security+, Network+)
- Knowledge and experience in macOS 12.x and higher
